What makes your Nice vacation apartments so great?
Simple: we only select quality apartments in the best locations in central Nice. You are making a major investment in coming to Nice; and we believe that where your stay is the most important factor. Nice apartments in the best and safest locations are hard to find and that is why our selection is small. But we won't compromise on our standards.
Why would I want to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel?
There are 4 main reasons why customers choose an Apartment over a hotel for their holiday in Nice:
- Space: an Apartment offers much more space than a hotel: a typical Apartment offers additional space such as living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and outdoor areas. You'll have the comfort of a living room and kitchen so you can enjoy time at home with friends and family. For larger groups, our holiday Apartments allow you to share a space, rather than having to be divided amongst several hotel rooms.
- Experience: Unlike hotel rooms, renting an apartment allows you to live a real experience “a la Nicoise”. You will dive into the French culture, environment and lifestyle. You will meet French neighbors, shop at the local grocery stores and bakeries. If you prefer to be lazy you can always chose our local restaurants around our flats.
- Privacy by definition you rent a private Apartment on Nicerent.fr which means that the Apartment will be yours for the time of your stay and you will have complete privacy. For couples, they provide privacy, intimacy, and the ideal setting for a romantic vacation in Nice.
- Price: Private Apartments are often more economical for traveling families and couples than luxury hotels: a private Apartment costs typically the price of two 4-5 star hotel rooms whereas it offers more room. You will also eat and drink “local” in your Apartment and won t have to pay the premium price of a restaurant nested in a luxury hotel. Remember that whatever price you are quoted for a hotel room, add taxes supplement, premium phone charges and of course, the costs of eating out for every snack or meal. You'll see why staying in an apartment is a better option.

We live in Nice and we care about our guests and the service we offer! Our staffs at NiceRent are specialists in short term accommodation and are always more than happy to discuss your needs with a smile. When contacting us regarding your choices or your requirements of apartments, you will experience a personalized and professional service. If needed we can be on site on your side within a short time to provide any additional assistance you may require.
Where is each apartment located?
We select the location of our apartments with the highest care. All our apartments are located walking distance to the beach and close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. For security reasons, we don't list the full address on the website, but each property listing features a close up of location on Google maps. Please feel free to ask the exact address when you enquire so you can zoom in on the building itself. When you reserve we send an apartment information pack with full information about the apartment including address, and direction information.
Are your Apartment fully equipped, or do we need to bring anything?
Our apartments are completely equipped with everything from bed linens to towels, appliances, dishes, and complete cookware; we want you to feel at home in Nice the minute you arrive. We describe each apartment in thorough details on our site and you will see that wherever possible, we have installed refrigerator/freezers, ovens, separate microwaves (or combination microwaves/convections ovens when space is restricted), washer, coffee makers….
Please check the individual Apartment pages to check if the Apartment has the amenities such as washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV connection, Air conditioning. All the apartment amenities are listed there.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, high quality sheets and towels are provided. It appears as a separate but mandatory cost in the price breakdown during the booking process.
Are the pictures of the properties on your site recent?
Yes, absolutely. We take all of the pictures ourselves from the apartments. The pictures of the apartment are recent and are re-taken regularly by us. Guests often tell us that our apartments are nicer than the photographs on our site.
What happens if there is a maintenance problem in our Apartment, a broken appliance, etc.?
This is our strongest point and sets us apart from most Nice rental agencies because we are not a virtual agency, but are located on the ground in Nice. If there is a problem, call us and we will take care of the problem immediately. No time zone delays or delays to contact an absentee owner – we will be on site on your side to solve the problem immediately.
Is there a telephone in the flat?
No, our apartments are not equipped with fix phone line are all the apartments are primarily used for short term rental. However, we can arrange a fix line for rental more than one month with extra charge.
Do you have Wifi access with high speed Internet?
Wi-Fi access with high speed internet service can be ordered separately at the time of Booking. Please simply select the option in the add-on menu at the time of booking. Our Wi-Fi hotspots are dedicated high speed internet for each flat. Therefore, we guarantee a fast connection at anytime.
Do your apartments have central heating?
Yes all of our properties all have central heating so you can regulate the heating yourselves.
Do you have a TV in the apartment?
All of our apartments are equipped with television. Where there is a connected television, this will be advertised as such in the description page of the Apartment on our site. Some of our apartments have a cable package which at least has one news channel in English. Please check the on-line description of the selected Apartment.
Are your Apartments air conditioned?
Most Apartments are equipped with air conditioned, however please check the description details of the particular apartment you have selected to get this confirmed.
Is breakfast included?
No, but there is no need as all apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen and are walking distance to fantastic cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.
Do you allow smoking in the Apartment?
We are sorry but we do not allow smoking inside the Apartment.
We have a strict no smoking policy and unfortunately if guests are found to have been smoking in a rental property they will be charged 100 Euro to their credit card provided for extra fumigating costs.
May we bring a small pet?
We are sorry but we do not allow pets. Many of our guests have allergies and we try to provide an antigen-free environment.
Is the neighborhood around your Apartments safe?
Yes! The neighborhoods surrounding our apartments are unquestionably among the safest in Nice, so you can feel comfortable taking evening strolls after dinner. Our reason is simple: we don't believe you should arrive in Nice at your apartment rental after an all-night plane trip, only to find a shock when you step out of your taxi and worry about walking around on your own.
Are your Apartments located near good local transport; how close are we to the center of Nice ?
Absolutely! All of our apartments are a short walk from Public transport. Being in the center of Nice means that your apartment is walking distance to many of the major Nice attractions, or a short bus wide away. Depending on the apartment, it is a short walk to Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, Nice shopping district, and of course a short distance to the beach!. It's a true Nice vacation experience to be able to walk home through building streets and parks, enjoying the many restaurants and café's that surround you… and that is what we offer. We only represent properties that are in the most popular Nice areas.
Are there good restaurants, cafés and bistros near your Apartments?
Yes, there are numerous excellent and affordable restaurants, cafés and bistros in the neighborhoods surrounding our Apartments.
Where can I buy fresh food for my fully-equipped kitchen?
There are several supermarkets near to each apartment as well as small, family-run stores where you can purchase food or other household items every day of the week.
Where Can I park?
Finding car park can be challenging at times in Nice. We encourage you to check the official city map at Nice Plan Ville web site, where you can find in the "Transport & "Parking" section the closest carpark to your selected Apartment.
What will be the weather like?
Nice enjoys an exceptional microclimate that has made its renown across all europe. Open to the sea, the city is protected from the wind by the surrounding hills, to the West by the Esterel Massif and, to the Northwest by the barrier of the Alps. The climate is always mild in winter and never too hot in summer due to the sea breeze. It is not rare to have lunch outdoors on a terrace wearing no more than a T-shirt in February when the rest of France is shivering in the cold.
Do I need a travel insurance?
We strongly advise to purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance that will cover all liabilities incurred by you in Nice. This will cover any accident, injury, accidental damage to property or persons that you may cause. Travel insurance will also assist in lost luggage, any expensive accidental breakages, or if you are a victim of crime or have a medical emergency.
