    • " Genau so wie im Text beschrieben und aus den Fotos ersichtlich.
      Sehr gute Lage: 2-3 Minuten zum Strand und zum Joggen. Direkt an der rue de France mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Man kann gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen. Wem das zu weit ist: der Bus ins Zentrum und der Bus zum Bahnhof halten direkt vor der Haustür, der Bus zum Flughafen ist um die Ecke (3 Minuten)
      Von außen sieht das Gebäude nicht so gut aus, aber innen ist alles schick.
      Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wie alle Apartments von Nice Rent.. Große Duschkabine mit Anti-Kalk-Beschichtung. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Reinigungsmitteln. Ausziehcouch, auf der man sehr gut schläft. Waschmaschine, aber leider keine Möglichkeit (evtl. die Stühle auf dem Balkon) zum Aufhängen der Wäsche.
      Sauberkeit: ist o.k., aber etwas oberflächlich geputzt.
      Ich habe 1 Monat dort gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. "

He was on time and very helpful by recommending places to go including a very nice local beach resort about 20 minutes away from Nice! The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures and location is literally a few minutes walk from the beach. "

Getting there from the airport was so easy, just a 15min bus ride and stops right outside the apartment, Julian met us to check in and was very helpful, advising us on some good restaurant choices and travel tips! Would definitely stay again. "

    This pretty apartment offers the perfect combination of city and beach life. In the morning you may enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the city waking up around you and take a look at the sea (just 200m away) to see if the Mediterranean waves are gentle today.

    The apartment is situated in the 4th floor of a secure building. It is well-equipped with all you need for your Riviera stay: a fully fitted kitchen with a bar table and high chairs, a comfortable sofa-bed with a sophisticated fold mechanism for easy use and a superior mattress with 45 kg/m3, a flat-screen TV, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a little balcony with a table and chairs. Air-conditioning guarantees a pleasant inside temperature both summer and winter. There's also a washing machine for your convenience.

    The buzzing shopping street of Rue de France with its pedestrian area starts just downstairs. You may also take a few steps more towards the sea to stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais and stop in one of its nice cafes and bistros.

    The ground transportation is excellent with a bus stop nearby to easily reach the airport, the train station or any other key place in Nice. This apartment really is a perfect place to enjoy both the city and the beach at the Riviera!
